And above all, as Super E-Recruit is a web-based system, you can work anytime or anywhere, like when I screen the candidates from my favorite couch on a Sunday morning.

Super E-Recruit helps us cut out a lot of excessive recruitment work processes. Now that we replace the old ways of managing paperwork with Super E-Recruit system, everything is just easy and fast. The Score Point function of this system helps us effectively screen the candidates using our own criteria. Previously, we had to screen resumes from all over Thailand. Now that we have Super Score Point, we can simply screen candidates basing on the work location of a specific position. The candidates we get from the Score Point are mostly the best ones with good qualifications. Once, we used to set the screening criteria for only the best 50 candidates from Surat Thani Province. The result was very impressive, as there were 19 candidates who graduated from Kasetsat University, and 6 has had a master degree. What impresses us more is that the system can be customized to meet our need. |
